Co-managed services
We work alongside your IT.
For businesses that already have IT staff or an MSP. We take the senior engineering they don't have room for — projects, cloud, recovery testing and architecture — and hand back documentation they keep. Also available to MSPs, behind your brand.
Both are scheduled engineering rather than a helpdesk. Requests are answered within one business day, and we're happy to work alongside whoever answers your phones.
